Barbara is a retired teacher who grew up in Roseworth and has represented the ward as a councillor for 23 years. Barbara is vice chair of the children & young people select committee and chair of Stockton Councils corporate parenting board. Barbara enjoys gardening and sport; she is a season ticket holder at Middlesbrough football club and a member of two local golf clubs.
