Free Community First Aid workshop for local residents!

Join us for a free community first aid workshop that will provide a general overview of the five ways to save a life.

We plan to do sessions online and hopefully in person too! All you need to do is sign up so we can get an idea of how many people are interested!

This session will help you to become more aware of the importance of first aid, prepare you for emergency situations and give you the confidence to help others. If you attend you will get a Recognition of Attendance certificate and you can even go on to become a community advocate.
